Experience

I am qualified through the Metanoia Institute’s diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling and have completed a high number of Continuing Professional Developments to ensure my skills and knowledge are up to date. I am in the final years of acquiring my MSc in Humanistic Psychotherapy.

I have accumulated a substantial amount of professional experience and have worked with young adults in a diverse range of settings including Community Projects, Women’s Refuge Services, Trauma Services and the NHS.

I am a registered member of BACP and a member of UKCP and abide by their code of ethics. My work is fully insured and professionally supervised in accordance with their guidelines.

I work on an open-ended basis and the duration of your therapy will be tailored to your unique circumstances and how you are feeling. It is possible that after just a few sessions you will begin to feel better, or you may find greater value in a long-term collaboration, allowing us to delve deeper into the work.
