In my philosophy as a humanistic therapist, I hold that we all possess the capacity to lead meaningful and satisfying lives, but sometimes we encounter obstacles and difficult life experiences that cause us to become stuck along the way.

I see my role as walking alongside you, guiding us to uncover potential blind spots that we can explore together.

I firmly believe in the power of a meaningful and authentic bond between myself and the people I work with and will give precedence to the quality of the relationship we build together. I understand that many seek therapy hoping to transform habitual and self-defeating patterns that might be holding them back.

Together, we can create a safe environment to start to challenge these tricky behaviours, and experiment with trying on different and more resilient alternatives.

I believe that collaborative positive change can be fostered with empathy and openness, rather than judgement and criticism.
